This weekend is all about shopping (for those on your holiday list or yourself) at SOFA Chicago, The Grove Arts & Craft Faire, Antiques + Modernism Winnetka and the Illinois Holocaust Museum’s Holiday Bazaar.

Nov. 5-8

The Sculpture Objects Functional Art and Design (SOFA) Fair kicks off with an opening night preview on Nov. 5 before three days filled with booth events, lectures and art from around 70 galleries. This year’s show will also feature a newly designed floor plan at Navy Pier.

When you stop by The Grove to shop seasonal decor, gourmet foods and handmade gifts, don’t forget to stroll through the Holiday House (Kennicott Historic Home), Artisan Lodge (Carriage House), Snowflake Chalet, Sugar Plum Café and other landmarks transformed for the season. The faire continues Nov. 12-15.

Antiques + Modernism Winnetka

Nov. 6-8

A favorite here on the North Shore, Antiques + Modernism showcases both antiques and early mid-20th century design from more than 45 dealers. The Preview Party will take place Nov. 5.

6th Annual Lake Geneva Beer & Spirits Festival
