Join Shedd Aquarium for this new event that allows kids ages 3-12 (accompanied by an adult) to learn about how the aquarium prepares and delivers food for its animals, who you’ll meet as you make food just like the animal care team.

Visit NEWCITY, a Lincoln Park shopping and entertainment district, for this free family-friendly event featuring arts and crafts, winter games, face painting, hot chocolate, a visit from Santa, and more. NEWCITY will also host a “Frozen” Hanukkah celebration and Menorah lighting ceremony on Dec. 9 from 5-7 p.m.

Chicago Tap Theatre presents this show of music and tap to celebrate Hanukkah, Christmas, and all things winter.
