As a comprehensive nursing facility, Westmoreland is able to provide skilled nursing services, adult day care, respite care, hospice, on-site physical and occupational therapy, and speech therapy with access to all that Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital has to offer. We also offer a specialized dementia program, extended care program and osteoporosis screening.
