This cozy and contemporary offspring of the legendary Father and Son Restaurant Group is family-owned and operated, preparing all of its specialties from scratch using fresh ingredients. The house specialty always has been – and always will be – its thin-crust pizzas, which can be tossed with whole-wheat, seven-grain crusts or prepared Abbe’s Gluten Free. There are buttery deep-dish and Chicago-Style pizzas as well. But don’t overlook the barbecue ribs, the broasted chicken and a nice selection of healthy salads and sandwiches. All of Marcello’s desserts are made in their own bakery, including a hot-toffee-and-apple dessert pizza.
