The firm specializes in the restoration, painting, decorating and finishing of interior and exterior surfaces as well as cabinetry and furniture pieces. Ragsdale, Inc. serves both the residential and commercial markets, and is well-versed in working with designers and architects.
The Ragsdale craftsmen are experts at everything from meticulous preparation to conservative wall and trim paint application, more decorative custom wall and floor finishes, and wall covering removal and installation. In addition, our firm is equipped with a full spray operation that provides cabinetry and furniture finishing, refinishing and restoration services utilizing state of the art, environmentally-friendly systems. Ragsdale is thus able to provide the highest quality finishes in the industry, from painted finishes to a variety of different stains and glazes, while helping your projects obtain LEED certification whenever necessary.
All Ragsdale employees are skilled and trained craftsmen, with the exception of our apprentice labor force (true craftsmen in training!), who allow Ragsdale to provide very basic services at reduced rates. Ragsdale does not employ subcontractors in the execution of their work without full disclosure. This only occurs in rare instances where a specialist is needed to complete some aspect of the project. The firm is licensed through the EPA as a certified lead-safe work practices firm, is an industry partner of the American Society of Interior Designers, and holds accredited contractor status through the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America.
