The University Center, a consortium?based center, provides high quality educational opportunities for the residents, workers, and employers of the Lake County region. Created by the Illinois Board of Higher Education to meet local educational need, the University Center includes 9 public and 10 private Illinois higher education institutions that bring more than 100 bachelor’s completion programs, graduate degree programs, and professional development certificate programs to Grayslake, Waukegan, and the Great Lakes Naval Training Center.
In addition, the University Center’s Grayslake facility includes a Conference Center with advanced presentation technology, onsite catering, and a Certified Meeting Planner on staff.
