Infant Welfare Society of Chicago

3600 West Fullerton Avenue Chicago, 60647

Founded in 1911, IWS provides high-quality medical, dental and mental health services to underserved children and women. Located in Logan Square, patient visits have increased 80% in the past two years with more than 275 new patients each month. The IWS brings the clinic’s message to many Chicago suburbs and raises approximately $1M each year. To do so, the 16 chapters, including the North Shore chapter and new At-Large chapter annually host over two dozen highly innovative and profitable fundraising events in their communities including the biennial Lake Forest Showhouse & Gardens, Hinsdale Jrs. Tablescapes and the Oak Brook Mistletoe Medley Luncheon and Fashion Show. The Auxiliary also operates a Resale Shop on the ground floor of the clinic. For more information contact Maria Penland, Auxiliary Coordinator at PenlandM@InfantWelfare.org or 773-782-5041.
