From the perspective of other providers, Thresholds is the agency that can turn a seemingly hopeless situation – an individual who frequently lands in psychiatric hospitals, jails/prisons, institutional care – into a success story. While other social service and health providers can provide short-term triage and stabilization, no provider has more success than Thresholds in fostering long-term stability and self-sufficiency among the MI population. The Veterans Project provides the most comprehensive level of care possible to our nation’s service members. The Project’s talented staff help our veteran clients develop a care plan and work relentlessly work along side them, connecting them to the resources needed for a successful, hopeful recovery. Our comprehensive approach to serving United States veterans ties directly into the agency’s mission of giving clients the tools needed to reclaim their lives.
