Youth Services is devoted to the mental health, character development and physical well-being of children and families in our communities.
Agency Philosophy
– Every child should grow up Happy, Healthy and Hopeful
– All children’s problems are big – no problem is small to a child.
– We assist children and families in need – strong families build strong communities.
– We believe that strong communities are built by strong individuals and families in the community. We recruit, train, and use many volunteers as well as promote cooperative programming with other organizations serving the community.
– We serve the community well by actively collaborating with a number of local organizations and sitting on several community task forces.
No Problem Is Small To A Child
We strive to help children realize that their choices impact their lives. They may not be able to control what happens to them but they can control their reactions to the situations and problems they face.
We help children build social, problem-solving and decision-making skills, all while building self-esteem. These skills will benefit children throughout their lives.
