Housing Opportunities and Maintenance for the Elderly (H.O.M.E.) has been named the Human Services: Social Services winner of the Fourth Annual Make It Better Foundation Philanthropy Awards. For the past 30 years, H.O.M.E. has helped seniors remain independent and active in their communities by offering intergenerational living opportunities and a variety of citywide support services.
