Annette Findling, of Stonebridge Wealth Advisors, says insurance can have a negative connotation for many people. However, people shouldn’t be scared of long-term care insurance, disability insurance and life insurance, she says. Insurance helps people protect their most valuable assets, and the hope is that people will never have to use it, but it’s there just in case. Findling also advises people to make sure their insurance is up to date and to take life changes into account. Findling spoke with Make It Better as part of Money, Values, Impact.
