A River Thru History – the Des Plaines Valley Rendezvous

This early American party along the banks of the Des Plaines River features a fur trade era reenactment of a Voyageur Rendezvous camp. The family-friendly bash includes food, music, children’s games and activities. Shoot a bow and arrow and learn frontier skills. Something for everyone: Archery, tomahawk throws, Big Run Wolf Ranch, children’s games, and a children’s trading post. Parking only at nearby UPS employee parking lot with free shuttle to event.
