Take a bite out of Chicago’s history at the seventh annual Chicago Hot Dog Fest, presented by the Chicago History Museum. The Fest returns to Lincoln Park this August to include a full lineup of bands, hot dog history speakers and the star of the event – Vienna Beef hot dogs prepared in various regional and ethnic styles by the city’s top hot dog vendors. Proceeds from Hot Dog Fest directly fund educational programming at the Chicago History Museum impacting over 60,000 school kids each year.
Relish in Chicago’s history and taste the city’s most popular handheld at the seventh annual Chicago Hot Dog Fest. The Chicago-style hot dog is second to none, celebrating over 125 years as a staple cuisine for locals and tourists alike.
Each year, thousands of people attend to share in the unique recipes and offerings from dozens of venders. Ranging from classic favorites to new, exciting takes on the traditional dog, there’s something on the menu for everyone.
Taste our mouthwatering menu items, cold beer and decadent desserts while enjoying our lineup of local and touring bands on the Main Stage. Looking to learn something new? Stop by the Speaker Stage for fascinating fun facts and engaging, timely presentations. Family-friendly performances will run throughout the weekend.
