On Tuesday, April 18th, celebrity private chef and co-author of The New York Times best-selling cookbook “True Roots,” Chef Mike Kubiesa, is visiting Testaccio for a one-night only community benefit dinner collaboration with culinary director Michael Lanzerotte. Beginning at 7:00 pm, guests can take a seat at one of two communal tables that each have completely different menus featuring surprise dishes along with customized wine pairings. Guests can expect a lively atmosphere while enjoying plates highlighting Chef Kubeisa’s colorful approach and rustic culinary style. Copies of “True Roots” will also be available at the dinner for purchase. A portion of the proceeds from the evening will benefit the Foundation for Culinary Arts, which empowers underserved local communities through culinary arts training programs.
