Inspired by a growing demand for healthy and gluten-free foods, Terri Rogers of Highland Park, a self-taught chef and owner of Lincolnshire Gourmet, developed the NoOdle, a no-calorie pasta.
All-natural and derived from an Asian yam plant, the noodles are a good source of fiber and contain no gluten, no fat and no carbs. We tried it, and the pasta tastes very similar to regular angel hair pasta! That may be why Lettuce Entertain You will be serving it at some of their restaurants.
