Michigan native and Highland Park resident Carol Goldman’s homemade cookies are all handmade with premium ingredients, such as rolled oats and Ghiradelli Chocolate.
After years of selling the original thirteen flavors in upscale grocery stores and through their website, Carol’s Cookies is branching out with a gluten-free line. They currently sell four flavors: double chocolate chip, milk chocolate chunk, snickerdoodle and white chocolate cranberry. You can find the gluten-free flavors at Whole Foods and the originals at several different locations or on their website.
