Inovasi’s Chef John des Rosiers took what had been the private dining space of his Lake Bluff restaurant and converted it into this tiny, rustic taqueria.
It may be small, but the flavors are big! Ingredients are homemade, affordable and locally sourced, so you can feel good about getting your carb on. Choose from tacos, tostadas, burritos or rice bowls, and then select a favorite filling, like grilled grass-fed steak, slow-cooked heritage pork, smoky braised fish or slow-roasted chicken. Garnish with one of 10 different salsas and your choice of toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, pickled jalapenos, cheese, etc.), pair it with a Mexican Coke or a margarita, and get your own fiesta started.
