Begyle’s Irish New Year’s Celebration

Ring in the New Year at 6pm with Ireland at Begyle Brewing’s annual Irish New Year Celebration! Come out for a few pints and board games with the family and get to bed at a reasonable hour. NYE Happy Hour will be from 5pm -8pm and includes $1 off all pints. Plus, grab some bites from Papas’ Empanadas starting at 3pm. 

Kohl Children’s Museum’s New Year’s Eve Bash

8:30-11am or 1-3:30pm
2100 Patriot Blvd, Glenview

Your kiddos will love celebrating at “midnight” with a countdown and confetti drop at this Best of 2022 winner. They’ll also make party hats, dance, take photos in the photo booth, and more. Tickets are $35 for non-members and $23 for members.

First Night Evanston

Back in person for the first time since 2019, this annual family-friendly event celebrates the arts as well as the end of another year. Enjoy a variety of music, dancing, and family activities.

European Midnight at Redline VR

4:30pm – 6:30pm
4702 N. Ravenswood, Chicago

Celebrate NYE as Paris and Berlin (5pm) and London (6pm) ring in the new year at Redline VR. There will be “Ball Drops” for each time zone along with music, dancing, crafts, and lots of fun. The event is free but signing up for the guest list is strongly encouraged.

Offshore Rooftop’s NYE Soirée

1000 E Grand Ave, Chicago

Offshore Rooftop, the world’s largest rooftop deck, is hosting the biggest NYE soiree this year. Beginning at 9pm, take in unprecedented views of Lake Michigan and a front-row view of the NYE fireworks show to ring in 2023. Formal attire is preferred, cocktail is required. Tickets are $149 each for Early Bird and $225 each for General Admission and include a 4-hour premium bar, heavy passed appetizers, midnight champagne toast, and more.

Cabra Cevicheria’s New Year’s Party on the Rooftop

200 N. Green St., Chicago

This Peruvian-inspired restaurant from Stephanie Izard is celebrating New Year’s Eve with a pre-fixe menu. Pricing is $89 per person with the option to add wine pairings for $40 per person.

Sketchbook New Year’s Eve Bash

4901 W. Main St., Skokie

Party your way into 2023 as the Skokie taproom becomes the hottest dance floor around. There will be a midnight beer toast, a DJ, selfie station and food for purchase. Tickets are $10 and doors open at 9 p.m.

Bandit’s Ultimate New Year’s Eve Party

841 W Randolph St., Chicago

To ring in 2023, Bandit’s second floor with be hosting the ultimate New Year’s Eve party that will include an open bar (well cocktails, select beer, wine, & prosecco), passed appetizers and desserts, live DJ and musicians, midnight prosecco toast and countdown, NYE swag and décor. Tickets are $75 per person.

360 CHICAGO’s New Year’s Eve in the Sky

875 Michigan Ave., 94th Floor, Chicago

This 21+, semi-formal event will feature unlimited rides on TILT, a DJ, party favors, one glass of sparkling wine (plus cash bar), and unique views of Chicago’s fireworks display from the 94th floor. Tickets range from $80-$125.

Mezzanotte at Eataly

43 E Ohio St., Chicago

From 9pm-12:30am, the second floor of Eataly will close and ticketed guests will gain complete access to unlimited food, drink, and entertainment. The all-you-can-eat menu features premium dishes like bigne topped with caviar and burrata, housemade pasta featuring lump crab, wagyu beef skewers, artisanal salumi and formaggi, and more. Tickets include access to exclusive entertainment and experiences including a karaoke lounge, hands-on pasta workshops, live music from Greenlight, photo moments, chef demonstrations, sabering lessons, and more. Tickets are $165 per person.

Chicago Winery Roaring ’20s Party

739 N. Clark St., Chicago

Chicago Winery will also host a Roaring ‘20s themed New Year’s Eve celebration in its upstairs event , where guests will come dressed to the nines. The party will feature a DJ, performers, four hours of an open bar and food, Instagram-worthy photo ops and more. Early bird tickets are $185 per person.

City Cruises New Year’s Eve Premier Plus Dinner Cruise

Board: 8:30pm | Cruise: 9:30pm – 12:30am
