Cyclists and wannabes will be glad to know there’s a new bike shop in Evanston this spring.
Bucephalus Bikes is owned and operated by two local cycling aficionados, Alex Añón of Evanston, whose family has been living car-free for 13 years, and Ryan Pavlik, who bikes to Evanston from his South Loop home. The store sells affordable, reconditioned bikes and new accessories, and provides safety and maintenance services, custom bike building and bike fittings.
