8 Must-Try Indoor Cycling and Spin Studios in Chicago and the North Shore

8 Indoor Cycling and Spin Studios to Get You Moving

Whether you never miss a morning workout or are more the roll-over-and-hit-snooze type, there are days when everyone could use a little help getting moving. Instead of hitting the gym for a solo sweat sesh, why not spice up your routine with a new workout? There’s no question that group fitness classes are a great motivator, and we think there’s no better venue for getting fired up as a group than a spin studio.

Every studio has its own vibe, and every instructor brings their own unique style (and music!) to their classes. Try one, and if it’s not love at first cycle, try another. Find the right fit and you just might find yourself first in the studio every morning.

So if you’re looking for a new way to break a sweat, want to find your fitness tribe, or are just curious about all the hype, these eight local spin studios and showrooms will get your heart pumping while you enjoy the ride.
