Leadership Greater Chicago (LGC) is the region’s premier civic leadership development organization that convenes, connects, and mobilizes bold leaders to effect meaningful civic change across the Greater Chicago region.

2018 marks the 35th anniversary of Leadership Greater Chicago’s founding by The Chicago Community Trust. Since 1983, LGC has developed a diverse network of nearly 1,100 civic leaders who are impacting transformative change both locally and nationally. The LGC Signature Fellows Program is a 10-month, executive level leadership development experience for high-potential individuals in the corporate, nonprofit, government, and education sectors, and entrepreneurs. Fellows of the program gain a deep understanding of the area’s most pressing and complex issues, and develop the robust analytical skills needed for positive social change. Together, they continue to shape the civic landscape of our region.
