5 Fabulous Homes Open for Tours at the Winnetka Woman’s Club Housewalk

From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, May 16, The Winnetka Woman’s Club will present its annual housewalk.

This year’s theme is “Lifestyles,” and the five homes selected represent North Shore living in various degrees of decorative and architectural significance.

Each home will be decorated with finishing touches by Material Possessions, Artistica Italian Gallery, and Noah’s Ark Pet Supply, all of Winnetka; Peachtree Place of Northfield, Adesso of Highland Park; and Tabula Tua of Lincoln Park. Floral arrangements displayed in each home will be showcased by Victor Hlavacek Florist and Greenhouses, Flowers by Grand Food Center, Prufrock Floral and Botanical Design; all of Winnetka, Floral Gardens of Highland Park; and Swansons Blossoms Shop Ltd. of Deerfield.

A new dining option, “Let’s Do Lunch Locally,” includes Avli Estiatorio, Cafe Aroma, Jerry’s/Corner Cooks, Little Ricky’s, Mirani’s and O’Neils, all of Winnetka. Trueman in Winnetka will offer a variety of boxed lunches to go.

Tickets are $60 and may be purchased via PayPal at winnetkahousewalk.org, or by calling 847-446-1830. Pick up your tickets from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on May 16 at the gazebo in Hubbard Woods Park at 939 Green Bay Road, Winnetka.
