Enjoy a fun night out at Chicago Symphony Orchestra’s REMIX, and help bring classical music to less fortunate members of the community.

REMIX is a fabulous fundraising event presented by the Women’s Board of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra Association. Funds raised support the Chicago Symphony Orchestra’s Citizen Musician activities that reach into underserved communities and share the gift of classical music.

What: Enjoy cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and dancing at winter’s hottest party, featuring Chicago’s legendary DJ Madrid and CSO Mead Composer-in-Residence Mason Bates (DJ Masonic). There will also be opportunities to bid on items in both silent and live auctions. Tickets cost $250.

When: Friday, Feb. 22, 7 p.m.

The cause: The central mission of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra Association is to present classical music to Chicago, national and international audiences. To accomplish this mission, the Association promises to sustain the highest artistic quality in all its programs, develop and sustain a strong and diverse audience base, and increase awareness and enjoyment of music in the life of the greater Chicago community.
