Shop for a Cause: Yali’s Carry On

Shopping is twice as nice when you know it’s for a good cause.

Here’s a great opportunity this weekend—grab a girlfriend and head to Saks Fifth Avenue in Highland Park for a special KIDSS for Kids event featuring 20-year-old Yali Derman and her line of Yali’s Carry On totes.

Derman, now a nursing student at the University of Pennsylvania, is a cancer survivor since the age of 4. Her treatment included many extended stays at Children’s Memorial Hospital, where she became involved with their art therapy program.

After being selected to design a bag for Kate Spade as part of a fundraiser, Derman began her own line of bags, with proceeds supporting Children’s Memorial Hospital and KIDSS for Kids.
