“Becoming a mother is one of life’s most amazing and challenging experiences.” I hear this from so many of the North Shore mothers we meet at our paint and sip studio, Pinot’s Palette, where they come for some fun “me” time with friends and family.
One of the moms I met last week told me, “There’s something cathartic about completing a project from start to finish, no interruptions.” Her friend, one of our best customers, chimed in, “We’re both moms. I’m a business analyst — this gives us time to be creative. Our kids can’t wait until we get home [so they can] see our creations.” I love the idea of our guests showing off their masterpieces to loved ones (who are sometimes very impressed)!
You’re invited to our Mother’s Day events where you can enjoy half-priced mimosas (only $3) while you paint. Paintings are easy and designed for all skill levels. Our events are an especially popular choice for daytime Family Days (recommended ages 7+) and mothers with adult daughters home from college or out-of-town to celebrate Mother’s Day. Everything can be purchased online or by calling the studio.

Pinot’s Palette is a paint and sip studio located in The Glen specializing in girls’ night out, fundraisers, kids’ workshops, birthdays and events. Owner Mari Sokolowski, a Glencoe mother of one, opened the store in 2014.
