Whether you’re stopping in for a quick glass of wine and a snack, a full meal, or to pick up dinner to take home, Wilmette has a new destination. Owner Rob Garrison and Chef Molly McGrath have opened a long, thin slice of a wine bar that plays lots of roles. Grab sauce, fresh pasta, dressing and a loaf of garlic bread for a quick and easy dinner at home. Or opt for table service: The inventive flatbreads, salami and cheese platters, flavorful grilled skewers, tasty spreads and wine options are just what we needed at the end of a long day.
Happily, they’re open for lunch, too—but you can only get the made-to-order doughnuts at dinner. So you make the call!
