Want to know why the little black dress IS the little black dress?
Working professionals now have the opportunity to learn more about the psychology of fashion, as well as its sociological and economic impact—Steven Fisher will lead a 6-week course this summer, offered through Northwestern University. The class will meet weekly beginning June 28 at The Neapolitan Collection in Winnetka.
Specifically, “this class is created for working professionals to provide insight to the sociological, psychological and economic systems that allow fashion to occur. It will provide students with a framework to understand how and why fashion works the way it does, and provide the student a better grasp for how fashion affects her or his life.”
