Newly renovated, Lieberman Center, offering skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation with 240 private rooms, has been a highly regarded healthcare provider to the Chicago area’s older adults for over 35 years. With an emphasis on person-centered care, short-term rehabiliation at the Haag Pavilion offers 7-days-a-week physical, speech occupational therapy, led by a board-certified physiatrist.
Lieberman also offers an Alzheimer’s Special Care Unit, Center for Heart Health (led by a board-certified cardiologist), specialized Parkinson’s Care, infusion therapy, respite care… and much more. Our goal is to provide our patients with the care they need so they can return to independence in their own home.
