We specialize in the appraisal of corridors (transportation, utility/communication, pipeline), complex commercial properties, forestry valuation (land and timber), environmentally sensitive lands, partial interests (partnerships and conservation easements), litigation, and expert witness testimony.
RMI Midwest is headed by Charles W. (Sandy) Rex III, MAI, who is personally involved in the analysis and methodology on all projects. With over 35 years experience in appraising real estate, Sandy built his reputation on the valuation of all types of properties, focusing on a specific market-based approach to land and property use. This approach is applied to Sandy’s work on corridors and other types of property.
Cameron Rex is RMI Midwest’s associate appraiser and has over 10 years of appraisal experience. His extensive background in GIS technology allows RMI Midwest to provide clients with state-of-the-art mapping capabilities (both illustrative and analytical), employing ESRI’s ArcGIS.
Report communication and editorial production is directed by Susan Motycka Rex, a former editorial manager in trade and financial association publishing.
