Children’s Home & Aid’s Woman’s Board Honors Its Past While Securing the Future of Illinois Children

Childrens Home and Aid

For more than 100 years, the Children’s Home & Aid Woman’s Board has worked diligently to raise funds to help Illinois children and families thrive. This past year, Covid-19 disrupted everyone’s lives, including Children’s Home & Aid’s earliest learners.

Children’s Home & Aid is a leading child and family service agency in Illinois. They help children recover their health, their hope, and their faith in the people around them. Their offices are located across Illinois and serve nearly 30,000 children and families each year in over 65 counties, linking them to a network of resources.

The Children’s Home & Aid Woman’s Board is headed by Linda Campbell, who serves as President of the group. During the pandemic, Woman’s Board members secured more than $20,000 to provide essential pantry items for families. And while those items filled the need, there’s so much more work to be done. They need your support to continue offering the essentials, as well as be prepared to provide continuous high-quality education no matter what obstacles may arise in the coming school year.

Join the Children’s Home & Aid Woman’s Board virtually on September 10, 2021, as they “Honor Our Past, Ensuring a Bright Future Gala” for their children and families. They will present their corporate partner, ITW, with the Pauline K. Palmer Award for their continuous support of their programs. They look forward to their virtual party with a purpose.
