Cauliflower becomes a much more popular vegetable when it’s served with a cheesy fondue and called “ghost brains.”
Prep time: 5 min.
Cook time: 10-15 min.
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1. Put a rack or vegetable steamer into a larger pot with a tight fitting lid. Add 1-2 inches of water and cauliflower.
2. Steam until tender, about 10-12 minutes.
