Volunteers are needed to bring the alphabet to life at the Chicago Children’s Museum.
Alphapalooza is one of Chicago Children’s Museum’s most popular activities. On Saturday April 21st participating children will search the museum for each letter of the alphabet. Once they find a letter, the children will have to solve a riddle before receiving a stamp in their Alphabook. This activity is designed to improve letter recognition and problem solving skills.
Volunteer families with school aged children are needed to represent each letter of the alphabet. In addition to facilitating in the hour-long activity, volunteers will be served lunch and have the chance to participate in a special craft.
