The Muppets (March 20)

With the help of three fans, The Muppets reunite to save their old theater from a greedy oil tycoon. Amy Adams and Jason Segel star in this adorable, funny film that’s equally fun for adults and kids. If you have young kids, you may want to own this one (and the soundtrack, too, for all your sing-along needs).

Two pairs of parents hold a meeting after their sons are involved in a fight, but increasingly childish behavior throws the evening into chaos in this Polanski-directed film based on Yasmina Reza’s Tony Award-winning play, “God of Carnage” (which lit up Goodman Theatre last year). The cast is star-studded: Jodie Foster, Kate Winslet and John C. Reilly.
