One Wilmette breakfast spot will soon be fueling more than the appetites of morning diners.
Fuel in Wilmette, known for using organic and locally acquired ingredients, will be serving dinner starting this weekend. Dinner hours will be 5-8:30 Friday through Sunday. Diners can choose from a menu of seasonal fish, braised lamb shoulder, mushroom risotto and more. Reservations are welcome but not necessary.
