This new exhibit at the Chicago History Museum will look a nine events throughout American history, including the capture of the City of Washington in 1814, the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995 and Sept. 11, 2001, in order to look at public opinion at time, how those in power reacted, and the challenge of keeping the country safe without compromising civil liberties.

This annual festival is back at Historic Wagner Farm, which will host participants like Bangers and Lace, Nick’s Neighborhood Bar & Grill, Sweety Pies Bakery and Whiskey Acres Distilling Co. Sunnyside Up will also perform. All proceeds will benefit Friends of Wagner Farm.
