5 Things to Do: April 24-26

Attention TV and movie fans: Cast members of some of today’s most popular programs are coming to Chicago this weekend, so don’t miss out on this opportunity to ask your burning questions. Plus, a New York Times best-selling author and comedian is making her way to the North Shore this weekend, and bookworms will also love hearing from Jane Smiley, author of this year’s One Book, Everybody Reads pick, “Some Luck.”

Looking for ways to spend time with your kids this weekend? Celebrate Arbor Day all weekend long at The Morton Arboretum, or enjoy some friendly competition at a family tennis night.
