40th Annual Friends of Lake Forest Library Used Book Sale
Browse through more than 100,000 gently used books, as well as thousands of DVDs, CDs and audiobooks. Teachers receive a 20 percent discount with ID on Saturday and items will be half price on Sunday.
The Evanston Harvest Celebration

Sam Adams Lakeview Taco Fest
Just because it’s September doesn’t mean Chicago’s festival season is over. This weekend, it’s all about tacos, as well as beer and Mexican wrestlers.
Renegade Craft Fair
The Renegade Craft Fair returns to Wicker Park will a curated selection of handmade items from more than 350 independent makers. Attendees can also participate in DIY workshops and explore installations and activities.
