Lake County Cares is seeking nominations of extraordinary individuals in Lake County who have made volunteering a part of their everyday lifestyle.
Selected honorees will be recognized at the fifth annual I Care Awards dinner on April 16, 2011 hosted by Lake County Cares. Nomination forms may be downloaded here or at www.lakecountycares.org.
All nominations, including two Letters of Support, must be received by January 31, 2011.
