Quick and Easy: Spin for tiny Hearts

Get a heart-pumping workout while raising money for research on congenital heart defects.

 

On Sunday March 11 more than 300 cyclists are participating in the Spin for tiny Hearts indoor cycling relay to raise money for lifesaving congenital heart defect research. Spin instructors will be on hand to keep you motivated during the four hour long relay. There will also be complimentary chair massages and exclusive perks. Individuals and teams are encouraged to sign up through the event website.

Congenital Heart Defects are the number one birth defect in America, affecting one out of every 125 babies. Since its founding in 2006, the Saving tiny Hearts Society has raised over half a million dollars for grassroots research.
