Hidden in a nondescript commercial block in Uptown, Marigold is an oasis of exotic deliciousness. It’s set up much like a narrow railroad apartment– the only natural light comes in through the front window– but they make the most of the space they have.

Depot Nuevo

The train might not stop at the old Wilmette Depot anymore, but the place is certainly still hopping. Built in 1873 and once home to the “Old Ouilmette Depot Restaurant,” the space has been reborn as Depot Nuevo, serving “fresh fare” with “Latin flair.”
