Enjoy this five-course dinner featuring pairings of Portuguese wines with the cuisine of Inovasi’s Executive Chef, John des Rosiers, for $65 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

1st Course:

Brown Butter-Poached Walleye Pike, Fines Herbes, Pickled Onion Salad and Anson Mills Polenta, paired with the 2008 Defesa White

2nd Course:
Rancho Gordo Heirloom Garbanzo Beans with Wild Mushrooms, Sassafras-Infused Bacon, and a Duck Reduction, served with the 2008 Monte Velho

3rd Course:
Hazelnut Risotto with Indiana Two-Year Gouda, and Foie Gras Nibbles, matched with the 2009 Assobio Douro

4th Course:
Becker Lane Organic Farm Pork Loin with Roasted Walnut Romesco, Japanese Citrus and Soy-Sorghum Reduction, paired with the 2008 Quinta Dos Murcas

5th Course:
Homemade Frozen Custard with Cherries and Pineapple, accompanied by a yet-to-be determined dessert wine
