Joe Donut, Glenview’s first gourmet doughnut shop, opened near the Glenview Metra station in January. Shop owner Nick Philippas, who also owns Glenview hotspot North Branch Pizza & Burger Co., uses only real ingredients in the hand-crafted donuts that are made from scratch every day.
