Shall the Village of Northfield, Cook County, Illinois undertake the following capital improvements in and for the Village: street resurfacing and reconstruction, storm sewer improvements, sidewalk and streetscape improvements, and the rehabilitation of life safety systems, all on property owned by the Village or over which the Village has sufficient easements, and issue its general obligation bonds in the amount of Seven and a Half Million Dollars ($7,500,000)?
