How to Help: Victims of Haiti's Earthquake and Afghans in Need

There’s a lot going on in the world right now. A 7.2 magnitude earthquake struck Haiti Saturday, leaving nearly 1,400 people dead and at least 6,900 injured. The quake also destroyed tens of thousands of homes, blocked roads, and damaged infrastructure.

In Afghanistan, the Taliban have taken control, causing thousands of people to flee. Those who remain face fear and uncertainty. According to the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), more than 550,000 Afghans have been displaced internally since the beginning of the year due to the escalating conflict.

It can be hard to know what to do when the world feels like it’s crumbling. One way you can help is by donating to the organizations below.
