Karen Malkin Health Counseling (Karen Malkin HC, AADP)

Karen is board certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners as a Holistic Health Counselor. She received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC and utilizes different dietary theories in her practice–from ancient traditions to the most current concepts. She serves on the Philanthropic Council for Northwestern Memorial Hospital Center for Integrative Medicine and Wellness and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University with an emphasis in Nutrition. Often her clients are challenged with stress, weight management, hypertension, sugar cravings, GI issues and finding time for self-care.
