As “Anne of Green Gables” author L.M. Montgomery wrote, “I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers.” Start the month off right with family-friendly festivals in Chicago, Highland Park and Glencoe. Plus, don’t miss the latest exhibit at Kohl Children’s Museum.
