Better still, your kids can mix it up since no knives or flames required!
Heart Healthy Trail Mix
Makes 3 cups
- 1 cup toasted Brazil nuts or almonds
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
- 1/2 cup dried blueberries
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries (like Craisins)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/8 cup dried shredded coconut (not sweetened)
Directions
1. Put all the ingredients in a bag and shake!
