‘Chicago Today’ Shares an Inside Look at Curtis Duffy’s New Restaurant, Ever

Ever since Chef Curtis Duffy’s famed three-Michelin-starred Chicago restaurant Grace shuttered in 2017, we’ve been anxiously awaiting the opening of his next endeavor, Ever. Duffy has similarly lofty goals for his new restaurant, which opened in Chicago’s Fulton Market in July and is another collaboration with friend and business partner, Michael Muser.

Our friends at NBC Chicago’s “Chicago Today” got an inside look at Ever and talked with Duffy about the new restaurant’s menu, décor and more (plus shared a few photos from our January 2018 magazine and cover story!).

Check out their segment here:

Back in 2017, we got a look inside Grace and sat down with the highly acclaimed, yet refreshingly down-to-earth Chef Duffy just before he and Muser, who we chatted with earlier this year, departed the celebrated restaurant — and it subsequently closed. It was obvious then and is even more apparent today that this pair doesn’t do anything halfway. We can’t wait to see how the stars align for Ever.

Ever is now open at 1340 W. Fulton St.
