Better Makers: Kohl Children’s Museum Celebrates 30th Anniversary at ‘An Evening to Imagine’ Gala

On Oct. 8, the Kohl Children’s Museum of Greater Chicago ended its 30th anniversary celebration with the annual “An Evening to Imagine” gala, which raised more than $585,000. That money will help provide educational programming, exhibits and services for kids with special needs at the museum. The gala took place at Venue One North Shore in Deerfield and featured dining, music, dancing and entertainment. Longtime supporters Mary Galvin and Dawn Meiners were also honored.
