Locally owned and operated, Kafein is a hot spot for high schoolers and Northwestern students alike, although you will find an adult crowd here as well on the weekends. Has creative coffee drinks like the Aztec Mocha, as well as a light fare menu of sandwiches and soup (try the vegetarian chili). Open mic night every Monday.
